Removing and installing fuel system components
Removal and installation of fuel gauge sender, fuel lift pump

Removing:

  • ‒ Remove rear seat. Remove cover.
  • ‒ Remove plug connector from fuel gauge sender.

  • ‒ Remove fuel supply and return pipes from the sender housing.

Continuation for all vehicles
 
U20-0031
  • ‒ → Loosen sender with 2012A and pull out sender assembly and lift pump(where present).

Note:

Installation position of the sender and lift pump should be carefully noted and marked where necessary.

Installation:

Install in reverse sequence.
