Wheel bolt tightening torque: 110 Nm

• Wheel bearing housing
• Splash plate
• ◆ To remove front wheel hub, press off and on .
• ◆ When doing this the wheel bearing is destroyed.
• ◆ Renew bearing.
• Hub nut
• ◆ Slacken and tighten with vehicle standing on wheels, accident danger.
• ◆ Always renew, tighten to 230 Nm
• Brake disc
• ◆ Thickness: 10 mm
• ◆ Wear limit: 8 mm
• ◆ Lateral run-out at friction surface: 0.06 mm

• Caliper
• ◆ Pad thickness 10 mm, detach hose only to repair
• Brake pads
• ◆ Check thickness, => Fig. 1 + 2
• ◆ Eliminating squeaks => page 46-9
• ◆ Removing and installing => page 46-6
• ◆ Renew all pads at same time
• Caliper
• ◆ Pad thickness 14 mm, detach hose only to repair
• Brake disc
• ◆ Thickness: 12 mm; groove in circumference
• ◆ Wear limit. 10 mm
• ◆ Lateral ru-out at friction surface: 0.06 mm

Note:

Skim disc uniformly from both sides. Watch wear limit.

• 60 Nm
• ◆ Install without lock washer
