| q | Removing and installing crankshaft → Chapter. |
| q | Dismantling and assembling pistons and conrods → Chapter. |
| 7 - | 60 Nm + 1/4 turn (90 °) further |
| q | Renew |
| 8 - | Washer |
| q | Note installation position. |
| 9 - | Pressure plate/drive plate |
| q | Removing and installing pressure plate → Fig. |
| q | Removing and installing drive plate → Chapter. |
| 10 - | Intermediate plate |
| q | Must seat on dowel sleeves. |
| q | Do not damage or bend when assembling. |
| 11 - | 10 Nm |
| 12 - | Sealing flange with oil seal |
| q | Install PTFE oil seals “dry” |
| q | Lightly oil coil spring oil seals |
| q | Use supporting sleeve supplied when installing |
| q | Do not remove supporting sleeve until sealing flange has been slid onto crankshaft journal |

| q | Install PTFE oil seals “dry” |
| q | Lightly oil coil spring oil seals |
| q | Renew → Chapter. |
| 14 - | Intermediate shaft |
| q | Remove ignition distributor first |
| q | Axial clearance max. 0.25 mm |
| 15 - | O-ring |
| q | Renew if damaged |
| 16 - | Intermediate shaft sealing flange |
