  Note
Insert circlip so that opening points downwards -arrow-.
   
–  Insert new circlip.
–  Fit new seal on sender. (Coat seal with lubricate, e.g. assembly paste -G 052 109 A2-.
  Note
Sender groove must be offset 180° to the circlip opening.
–  Insert sender into brake servo; circlip must audibly engage in groove of sender.
–  Reconnect connector to sender and ensure it engages correctly.
  Note
t  Ensure sender seats securely by pulling on sender by hand.
t  Leaks at sender and/or seal, insufficient brake servo assistance and poor engine running.
