Removing and installing drive shaft, vehicles with automatic gearbox
Removing and installing drive shaft, vehicles with automatic gearbox
Vehicles with automatic gearboxes are equipped with modified inner joints (triple roller joints). These joints have three rollers evenly offset by 120° on a tripod instead of 6 balls.
Repairs to the inner joint is not possible at present. If damaged, replace complete drive shaft (except for outer joint).
