Mechanical cruise control system (CCS) in petrol and diesel engine vehicles (not TDI and SDI)
Removing and installing CCS vacuum pump (V18)
 
N96-0012

Removing:

  • ‒ Remove battery
  • ‒ Remove windscreen washer container
  • ‒ Separate 3 pin connector
  • ‒ Remove hexagon nut -1-
  • ‒ Press securing plate with vacuum pump in direction of arrow and remove
  • ‒ Pull off vacuum pipe

Installing:

Install in reverse order
