  Note
t  Loosen bolts -1- to slide striker pin -2- in oversized holes -arrows a and b-.
t  Adjust striker pin -2- so that the recess of the rear lid lock with rotary latch is centred relative to the striker pin -2- when it engages.
   
–  Remove lock carrier cover → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
–  Loosen bolts -1-, do not unscrew completely.
–  Move striker pin -2- into upper position and lightly tighten the bolts -1-.
–  Close rear lid and make sure adjustment has been carried out correctly.
–  Specified torque for bolts -1-: 18 Nm
