Removing
Caution
Dual-mass flywheel may be destroyed on unscrewing bolts
-B-
with a pneumatic nutrunner or impact wrench.
Dual-mass flywheel may be destroyed.
Only unscrew dual-mass flywheel bolts by hand.
Carry out the following work:
–
Rotate dual-mass flywheel
-A-
so that bolts
-B-
align centrally with the holes
-arrows-
.
–
When removing bolts
-B-
, make sure that screw heads do not jam on flywheel.
–
Insert counterhold -3067- in hole on cylinder block.
–
Mark position of flywheel in relation to engine.
–
Unscrew flywheel.
Installing
Install in reverse order. In the process, note the following:
–
Renew bolts.
