  Note
When renewing expansion tank and during service operations, ensure that 2 silicate cartridges → Electronic parts catalogue are always in expansion tank. The silicate cartridges must not be removed.
Removing
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
–  Bring lock carrier into service position → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr.50.
–  Removing fan support → Chapter.
   
–  Unscrew air duct on lock carrier -arrows- and remove air duct.
–  Pull coolant hoses off radiator.

–  Unscrew bolts -1 and 2- and remove radiator upwards.
Installing
Install in reverse order.
Specified torques → Chapter.
–  Replenish coolant → Chapter.
