Removing and installing rear window (saloon)
1 - Rear window
q   Removing rear window → Chapter
q   Installing rear window → Chapter
2 - Window surround (side and top)
q   Renewing → Chapter
q   Inserted cutting cord separates roof and D-pillar area
q   Cord ends dyed black
q   Cord ends run parallel to adhesive bead on D-pillar or behind rear shelf
3 - Hose profile (side and top only)
q   Pull off protective paper when curing time of adhesive has elapsed and push into place
4 - Cutting cord
5 - PUR adhesive sealant
q   Cross section of bead: width = 7 mm; height = 12 mm (including precoating, residual material on window glass and window flange)
6 - Window surround (bottom)
q   Inserted cutting cord separates lower area
q   Cord ends dyed yellow
q   Cord ends run parallel to adhesive bead on D-pillar or behind rear shelf
q   Renewing → Chapter
7 - Cover strip
q   Renew after removal
q   Do not clip in cover strip until curing time for newly bonded window has elapsed
