Remove securing bolts from intake manifold on cylinder head.

Remove intake manifold and place it on a suitable surface so that vacuum actuator is not damaged.

NOTE:  Seal the intake ports in the intake manifold and in cylinder head with clean cloths.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

NOTE:

First attach the intake manifold to the cylinder head; Tightening specification: 13 Nm.

Tighten both front intake manifold support bolts. Tightening specification: 20 Nm.

Then tighten rear intake manifold support: Tightening specifications: 20 Nm.

Oil dipstick guide tube on intake manifold. Tightening specification: 5 Nm.
