TAILGATE LOCK, REPLACING

Work sequence

Remove:

-

plastic release handle inside tailgate

-

cover

-

tailgate trim

Remove door lock link rod

Place retaining spring to one side.

Remove child safety latch and outer door handle

Remove lock

Lift out lock from left-hand side (viewed from rear) of vehicle
