-Ignition on
Connect a voltmeter between power stage terminal 4 and GND.
The voltmeter should read battery voltage.
Check that the voltmeter is reading battery voltage when the starter motor is operating.
If these values are OK
Intermittent break.
-Check the connections between terminal 4 and the ignition for loose contacts.
If one or both of the values are incorrect
-Check the wiring between terminal 4 and the ignition for breaks.
