Remove fuel distribution pipe and injectors 
Disconnect fuel return line at distribution pipe.

Mop up fuel spillage with paper.

Disconnect injector connectors.

Carefully withdraw distribution pipe/injector assembly.

NOTE:  Protect injectors from entry of dirt.

Remove intake manifold from cylinder head 
Remove gasket between manifold and cylinder head and clean joint as required.

Transfer hose nipples and plugs (if any) to new manifold: 
-  vacuum servo
-  EVAP valve (F engines only)
-  oil trap
-  fuel pressure regulator
-  idling (air control) valve
-  vacuum tank (applies only to cars equipped with CU/CU + AC heater)

Install and tighten new intake manifold in position 
Use new gasket.
