Separate manifold from cylinder head.

Remove oil trap 
Lift trap out of cylinder block.

Lift intake manifold when oil trap has been removed.

NOTE:  Ensure that seals do not fall into crankcase.

Install/reconnect: 
-  0-rings on oil trap (use new rings)
-  oil trap in cylinder block
-  gasket between intake manifold and cylinder head (use new gasket)
-  intake manifold and support
-  T-piece and hoses to oil trap

Reconnect hoses to intake manifold.

Check operation 
Start engine.

Inspect for leakage.
