Power Seat Motor: Service and Repair
Motor (1, 3 and 4) Under Seat-Cushion, Change

Remove
Preparation
-
Remove negative lead from battery and note any radio code.

Remove seat from vehicle. See: Service and Repair/Remove Seat From Vehicle
-
Turn seat upside down on a clean sheet.
-
Remove the four screws which hold brackets for motors 1, 3 and 4.
Slacken off
Models to 1991:
-
Slacken off clip which holds circular connector.
-
Disconnect connector.
Models from 1992:
-
Remove clip which holds connector.
-
Disconnect 6-pin connector.
