- Install another protective tape (P/N 6812838-8) over cable at (B) where it passes over the seat frame.

- Fix cable harness with clamps (P/N 948211-8) to the seat frame and the spring bed.

- Fix the cable harness so that the sharp ends of the springs cannot damage the harness and tightly enough that that harness does not hang down below

the seat.

The number of clamps and their location is indicated in the illustrations B7-B9.

- Install the seat in the car in accordance with the description in the Service Manual.

CHECK:

- that the seat can run to all its stop positions without damaging the cable and that the cable does not prevent the movement of the seat.

- that all electrical equipment in the seat works.
