Radiator: Service and Repair
1. Remove expansion tank cap, then remove guard from under radiator.
2. Drain coolant from radiator.
3. Remove electric cooling fan, then disconnect radiator hoses.
4. On models equipped with A/C, remove condenser to radiator mounting bolts, then condenser.
5. On all models, remove radiator mounting bolts, then radiator.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
