Radius Arm: Service and Repair
CONTROL ARM STRUT & BUSHING REPLACE
1.
Raise and support front of vehicle and remove wheel.
2.
Remove strut to control arm attaching bolt, then detach strut and remove bushing.
3.
Remove strut rear mount attaching bolt, then remove strut from vehicle.
4.
Press rear bushing out of strut.
5.
Reverse procedure to install. Press rear bushing into strut using press tool No. 2731 and a V-block. Torque strut to control arm attaching bolt to
specifications. Torque rear mount attaching bolt to specifications.
