SITUATION:

The fan motor mounting gasket can transmit vibration causing low speed noise. Starting with 1992 production, a new softer gasket is
used. This gasket can be installed to reduce the sound level from fan motors with p/n 3506750-3, 3521445-1, 3522962-4 and 3522961-6
in cars from chassis no.

Remove sound insulation under the fan motor and disconnect the electrical connector.

Remove necessary panels and control unit with brackets.
Remove fan motor.
