The correct adjustment of the paint sprayer is important for metallic paints.
Use a 1.3-1.5 mm nozzle opening and spray pressure of 300-500 kPa (3-5 kp/cm2). An incorrect nozzle combination can make it impossible to achieve
the correct shade.
Poor dissolution due to an incorrect nozzle opening gives rise to large drops and a spray that is too "wet" (dark).
A coat that is too thick can result in patches.
Spray the first metallic base paint coat using a normal flow.
