Allow the metallic base coat to dry to a matt surface.
Note! There is a risk of patches if the drying period is too short.
Spray the second coat with less flow (dryer).
Increase the spray distance. The metal base coat should achieve 10-20 micron coat thickness after the second coat is applied. (If the second coat is
sprayed on richly, the color shade will be stronger than if a thinner coat is applied.)
Allow the metallic base paint to air dry for approximately 15 minutes until a matt surface is attained.
Note! There is a risk that the coat will be patchy if the metallic base paint is not completely dry before the varnish coat is applied.
Spray on the varnish (2 comp) in two layers with a good flow
Wait 3-4 minutes between each coat. Coat thickness 40-45 micron.
Dry the varnish coat
