Replacing damper motors 

Method content 

This method consists of: 

-

 Replacing damper motor recirculation

-

 Replacing damper motor air distribution

-

 Replacing damper motor temperature driver's side

-

 Replacing damper motor temperature passenger side.

Replacing damper motor recirculation 

Removing damper motor recirculation 

Switch off the ignition.

Remove:  

-

the glove compartment. See  Panel and SRS passenger airbag module See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Air Bag/Service and Repair/Panel
and SRS Passenger Airbag Module 

-

the soundproofing panel. See:  Dashboard See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
Repair/Dashboard

the connector

-

the link to the air damper

-

the damper motor.
