Auxiliary Cabin Heater Overheat Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

Replacing overheat protection, thermostat flame sensor and coolant temperature sensor 

Removing 

Preparations 
Move heater to service position according to Moving the heater to its service position  See: Service and Repair/Procedures.

Removing components 

Hint: This method can also be used to separate cables to when measuring.

Note! If the engine coolant temperature sensor is being removed hose clips must be applied to both coolant pipes at the heat exchanger.
