Install

the bracket for the starter motor
-
a new Throttle Body (TB) with a new gasket. Tighten to 17 Nm. Connect the Throttle Body (TB) connector.
Clamp the cable in the bracket for the starter motor. Use a tie strap.
Install the charge air pipe.
Connect the connectors for the pressure and temperature sensors.
Install
-
the intake manifold between the front cover plate and the Air Cleaner (ACL) housing
-
the battery negative lead. Note when disconnecting/connecting the battery lead
Ordering software
Order software for S70/V70 according to or for C70 according to parts supplier.
Programming the control module
Program the new control module for the S70/V70 according parts supplier to or for the C70 according to parts supplier.
Finishing
Check that no diagnostic trouble codes have been stored during the repair.
Test drive the car. Check the function of the engine.
