tie straps.

steel clip.

Disconnect the connector clip.
Cut the tie strap.
Expose the wiring.
Replace the SIPS airbag.

Installation 

Install: 
In reverse order.
Tighten the SIPS airbag screws to:  6 Nm. 
To install decals see  Airbag steering wheel module, steering wheel and contact reel See: Airbag Steering Wheel Module, Steering Wheel and Contact
Reel Replacement.
