Press out the catches, x4, from the top panel.
Remove the gaiter.

Install the gaiter.
Press the gaiter's catches into the top panel.
Installing the top panel
Guide the panel in the front edge, bend it down and press it securely in the center console.
Installing the gear selector knob
Install the gear selector knob in accordance with: Gear selector knob, replacing See: Gear Selector Knob, Replacing (standard) or in accordance with:
Gear selector knob, Geartronic, replacement See: Gear Selector Knob, Geartronic, Replacement (geartronic).
