Push the end of the Velcro strip over the hole to one side

Drill out the hole. Use a -7.5 mm (19/64") drill bit with a 25 mm (1") drill stop

Remove any swarf

Carry out the operation on all Velcro strips.

Fold the Velcro strip back over the drilled hole

-

Press a clip (from the kit) through the Velcro strip and the hole in the panel.

Note! Do not press the centre of the clip. Hold the edges.

Lock the clip by pressing the centre

-

Carry out the operation on all Velcro strips

-

Press the protective cover into place against the Velcro strips along the upholstery for the side panel.

Finishing work

-

Fold the rear backrests up. At the same time insert the protective cover in the gap between the backrests and the front edge of the cargo
compartment floor as illustrated.
