Remove the motor for front-rear adjustment. See Front-rear adjustment motor See: Front Seat, Driver's Seat/Front-Rear Adjustment Motor.
Bend and withdraw the drive shaft from the rail and motor.

Installing the front-rear adjustment motor drive shaft

Install the drive shaft.
