S60 L5-2.4L VIN 64 B5244S6 (2003)
Pull out the pedal shaft. Remove the plastic bushings.
Check the small push rod bushing (replace if necessary).
Install:
-
the new bushing. Lubricate the bushing using grease; P/N 1161241-3
-
the bushings in the brake pedal
-
the pedal shaft.
Install the brake pedal in the bracket
