the servo pump

-

the three mounting screws through the pulley.
Tighten to 25 Nm

-

the stay at the rear edge of the power steering pump (applies only to diesel)

-

the return and pressure hose. Use a new O-ring on the pressure hose.
Remove the lock grip pliers from the return hose.

Installing the pressure hose

Tighten the screw clip on the sub-frame. Tighten to 10 Nm.

Install:
-

the pipe nipple in the pump. Tighten to 25 Nm

-

the lock bracket (2).
Tighten the screw (1). Tighten to 24 Nm.

Note:  There may be a gap (3) of a few millimeters between the pipe coupling and the power steering pump. Bend the bracket so that the twelve
edged mounting on the bracket is on the nut.

Installing drive belt

Install:
-

the drive belt

-

cold air inlet hose to the control module

-

the connector (applies only to cars with 5 cylinder engines).

Filling with oil

Note:  Study the fluid product information sheet before starting work.

Fill the servo reservoir with oil. Bleed the system

-

For the correct oil grade, refer to specifications

-

Repeatedly turn the steering wheel to full lock.
