Note! Ensure that the bushing is in the correct position.

Installing the lateral link

Install:

-

the lateral link

-

the screw for the front bushing. Do not tighten.

Remove the tensioner strap.

Installing the rear suspension

Carefully raise the rear suspension.

Warning! Always check that the car does not lift from the lifting arms of the car lift when working with the lifting table.

Note! Guide in the propeller shaft during lifting.

Note! Ensure that the brake pipes or cable harnesses are not trapped.

Installing the rear suspension (continued)

Install the screws for the front mountings on the sub-frame (install the screws through the brackets).
Tighten all the front mountings. Tighten to 80 Nm

Install:

-

the brake pipes in the plastic clips on the brackets

-

the screw for the fuel filter bracket. Tighten to 24 Nm

-

the screw for the brake line mounting stay. Tighten to 24 Nm.

Remove the lifting table.

Install the exhaust system. See Exhaust system, replacing See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Service and Repair.
