Preparatory work
For cars equipped with Four-C (Continuously Controlled Chassis Concept), replace the shock absorber. See: Shock absorber rear, replacing (Four-C)

Raise the car. Install:999 7079 striker plate See: Tools and Equipment/999 7079 Striker Plate to secure the spring.
Lower the vehicle.
Removal
