Rear windshield sun blind

Preparations

-

Open the trunk lid

-

Lift the parcel shelf panel up slightly. Position the support blocks on the plate surface between the two right hand holes in the parcel shelf as
illustrated

Repeat the operation on the other side.

Locate the centre hole on the underside of the parcel shelf

-

Mark out and drill a - 8 mm (5/16") hole in the centre of the visible section of the parcel shelf above the hole as illustrated.

Installing the sun blind

-

Take out the sun blind (1). Insert the stud (2) in the newly drilled hole in the parcel shelf

Ensure that the sun blind is positioned parallel on the parcel shelf

Install the plain washer (3), the locking washer (4) and the nut (5) on the stud. Tighten the sun blind but not too hard yet.
