For cars with Visteon power steering

Take a new clamp from the kit and fasten it on the dust excluder.
Note! Only use the clamps from the respective kit.
Hint: Slightly compress the large clamp with the pliers before fitting the dust excluder and clamp. This makes it easier to grip it with the pliers
when the dust excluder is positioned. Do not compress so much that the dust excluder and clamp cannot be pressed on.

Press the dust excluder and clamp onto the power steering and make sure it is properly positioned.

Tighten the clamp.

Position the dust excluder properly on the track rod end and make sure it ends up in the groove.

Refit the little clamp to the dust excluder.

Repeat steps 4-8 for the other side.
For cars with ZF power steering
Note! All clamps and dust excluders must be replaced when installing a steering deflection limiter on cars with ZF power steering. Use the
kit with part no. 30776252.
