Spray the 1st coat so that it covers the area well with a good flow. Always spray at right angles to the surface and start at the edges.
Wait at least 3 minutes before the required "Flash-off"
Spray the second and third coats with a good flow
The color coat should reach a thickness of 35-40 µm (corresponding to 3 spray strokes).
Dry the color coat
Drying with a heat lamp or hot-air gun
Applies especially to smaller repairs.
Allow the car to dry at room temperature (20°C) for at least 12 hours after painting.
Solid primer + varnish
When touching up cars painted with a solid primer and varnish, the same type of paint must always be used. This is to prevent color and finish
differences.
