Note! Check that the ignition is off.
Remove the air cleaner (ACL) housing assembly with inlet pipe. Pull the air cleaner (ACL) housing assembly from its mountings.
Removing the cable harness
Note! Applies to model year 2000.
Remove:
-
the transmission cable from the lever on the transmission
-
the 2 x screws for the cable bracket. Move the cable to the side.
