Sunroof / Moonroof Motor: Adjustments
ADJUSTMENTS
The sun roof control motor is "zeroed" after installation and need not be adjusted. Before installing the control motor the mechanism must be aligned
as illustrated.

Close sun roof.

Adjust as follows.

The sun roof should be flush with the roof of the car but slightly lower at the front edge as follows:
The upper section of the weatherstrip should be 1.2 mm (0.048 in.) under the roof of the car at the front and 0.5 mm (0.02 in.) above at the rear. If
necessary adjust as follows:
Screw 1. Adjusts the front edge backwards and forwards/up and down.
Screw 2. Adjusts backwards and forwards.
Screw 3. Adjusts the rear edge up and down. Check that the sun roof is adjusted equally on both sides.
Test sun roof function by opening and closing it as far as it will go.

Remove:
Close sun roof.

Roof lamp panel (lens, mounting screws, connector)

Control module screw.

Control module. Carefully pry straight down and forwards. Disconnect inner connector.
Install:
In reverse order.
Note: The two white markings should line up as illustrated.
Check function.
