Press back the pistons in the brake caliper with a large screwdriver.
Brush on copper paste from the service kit on the brake pad's contact surfaces against the brake caliper.

Note! The backing paper must be left in place on the S60 up to chassis number 2349962 and on V70 up to and incl. chassis number 2380621.
The backing paper must be ripped off for higher chassis numbers.

Install:

-

brake pads.

-

damping spring

-

lock pins.

Install the wheels. See Installing wheels See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Wheels/Service and Repair.

Note! Depress the brake pedal several times. Check the brake fluid level.

Remove the paper from the master cylinder.
