Measure out and mark measurements  73 mm (2 7/8") and 76 mm (3") on the tape strip from the outer edges on both front clip holes in the sill
with a sliding gauge.

Now join both markings.

Make a light punch mark and pre-drill the hole in the sill with a  - 3.5 mm (9/64") drill bit.

Drill out the hole using a  - 8.5 mm ( 21/64") drill bit.

Remove the tape by the hole, but leave the front one in place.

-

Deburr the edge of the hole, rustproof, and let it dry.
