Removing the needle jet/service valve
Remove the battery lead. See Battery, disconnecting See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Procedures/Battery, Disconnecting.
Remove the valve cap.
Drain the refrigerant from the system. See Refrigerant, draining See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant, Draining.
Remove the needle jet in the service valve. Use special tool 951 1204 REMOVAL TOOL See: Tools and Equipment/951 1204 Removal Tool.
