XC90 L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2004)
Use puller 999 5732 Puller See: Tools and Equipment/999 5732 Puller.
Unscrew the puller. Install a hook gradually between the shaft and sealing ring.
Secure the hooks to the puller. Tighten them using the screws.
Install the mounting bracket and the nut.
Extract the sealing ring.
Install the drive shaft seal
Note! Clean thoroughly before installing the new seal
Apply a small amount of grease to the sealing lip.
Use drift 999 5729 Drift See: Tools and Equipment/999 5729 Drift.
Carefully tap the drive shaft seal in until the drift is in contact with the transmission housing.
Install the drive shaft in the transmission
