Hint: If the distance between the two rails differs, secure the short mechanical cable in a power screwdriver and screw until the rails are equal.

Removal

Removing the electric motor for the backrest cushion

Detach and pull up the upholstery. See: Upholstery back rest, replacing, Executive See: Seat Cover/Service and Repair/Front Seat, Driver's Seat, Front
Seat/Upholstery Backrest, Replacing.

Remove the black protective pad from the reverse of the backrest cushion. It is secured by 4 clips.
