Cleaning
Ensure that the all components are completely clean.
Blow clean the oil ducts in the block, intermediate section and sump.
Installing the piston cooling valve and nozzles
Install the piston cooling nozzles. Tighten the screws.
Install the piston cooling valve. Use a seal washer. Tighten. See Tightening torque See: Specifications/Mechanical Specifications/Tightening Torque.
