XC90 AWD V8-4.4L VIN 85 B8444S (2005)
Note! The front cover must be cleaned before installing. Use a razor blade or plastic scraper.
Apply liquid gasket 307 57050 as illustrated.
Note! Minimum 1 mm bead diameter.
Note! Install the front cover within 5 minutes (curing time liquid gasket).
Fold the front panel in at the lower edge.
Install the following items:

the 23 x M8 screws for the front side. Tighten. Refer to: See: Specifications/Mechanical Specifications/Tightening Torque
-
the 2 x M8 screws for the oil sump. Tighten. Refer to: See: Specifications/Mechanical Specifications/Tightening Torque
