XC90 FWD L6-3.2L VIN 98 B6324S (2007)
Use a 19 mm open ended wrench to compress the belt tensioner and relax the belt.
Use a 3 mm rod and lock the tensioner in position.
During installation, check the position of the belt on all the pulleys.
Remove the idler pulley
Loosen the bolt and the washer
Remove the plastic washer and discard.
