XC90 FWD L6-3.2L VIN 98 B6324S (2007)
Reinstall the bolt and the washer (not the plastic washer)
Install the idler pulley and tension the bolt to 24 Nm (17.7 lb-ft)
Use a 19 mm open ended wrench and compress the tensioner, remove the lock rod.
Check the position of the belt on all the pulleys.
Tighten to 10 Nm (7.4 lb-ft)
