Peen adjustment screws - arrows - 6 x using a center punch.

New punch marks must be offset by two graduation marks in relation to previously drilled out punch marks on adjusting screw.

Mark one of the graduation marks on the adjustment screw relative to steering gear housing.

Unscrew adjustment screw 5.5 graduation marks to left.

Turn adjustment screw 2.5 graduation marks to right.

While turning adjustment screw, resistance caused by punch marks must be noticeable.

Install steering gear.

After installing, basic setting for Steering Angle Sensor G85 must be performed using Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS
5051B.

Perform basic setting.

Perform vehicle alignment.
