Encoding control unit
–  Connect up the vehicle diagnostic and service information system -VAS 5052- and select the engine control unit. The ignition must be switched on when doing so.
–  Select the function “Code control unit” and confirm.
–  Enter the control unit code in line with the encoding table → Chapter.
