System test procedure
System test procedure
The system test permits internal system diagnosis and consists of five steps:
t  Call-up of current parameters → Chapter
t  Wheel pulse test → Chapter
t  Compass test → Chapter
t  Voltage tap test → Chapter
t  Internal control unit test → Chapter
–  Call up technical service software → Chapter.
   
–  Select menu item “SYS. TEST” with Cursor keys.
Indicated on display:
  A91-0070
SERVICE MENU:
 



>		WHEEL CALIB.
WIRING
TEST DRIVE
SYS. TEST
END		 

–  Confirm selection by pressing ENTER key.
Indicated on display:
   
  
CHECK:
A3 - AB
TYRES:
205/60 15
 
>YES
NO		 

–  Pressing ENTER key to confirm “YES” option results in continuation of the corresponding menu item.
–  The following message appears if selection is not confirmed with ENTER key:
Indicated on display:
   
  
PERFORM
WHEEL
CALIBRATION

 
>OK 

–  Use ENTER key to confirm “OK” display.
Indicated on display:
   
SYSTEM TEST 
>PARAMETERS
WHEEL SENSOR
COMPASS
REAR VOLTAGE
INTERNAL		 

  Note!
t  Either complete system test or individual test steps can be implemented.
t  Exit from “SYSTEM TEST” menu by pressing RETURN key.
